We all know that most PC’s come in two formats, 32bit formatand the 64bit format. The 32 bit format
is mostly used for dual core processors that is usually used for home computers
and office work that just usually needs minimal processing power. The other
format which is the 64bit is the one that is used for PC’s that is used for
servers, or used by people who require a lot of processing powers like gamers
and developers. These types of computers usually run quad core processors like
the Inter i5 and i7.
Because there are two formats, Microsoft products are also
created to conform with these formats. For example with the Windows 7, the
product has two versions one for the 32 bit and another for the 64bit type.
So the question is what is the difference between the two
versions? Well to be honest both versions are the same, one is just made for a
certain type of processor. However when it comes to speed at processing files,
the 64bit is of course the faster one because it runs on a faster processor.
I used to have a 32 bit PC that run Win7, however when I
updated to a faster one, the 32bit version that I have cannot run on my new PC.
Because I have spent most of my budget on the new computer I was not really
ready to buy a new Windows 7 64bit version. After searching for a while I found
a site that sells OEM versions of Microsoft products. OEM version of software
are basically the same as the original ones, the only difference is it does not
come in the usual fancy packaging. Who needs the packaging if you are getting
the product for half the price, right? So if you want an affordable version of
Windows 7 64 bit, and then go to softwarespeedy.com for more information.
